These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Refluid platform and services , operated by Refluid, Inc. ("Refluid," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you may not access or use the Platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Refluid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Refluid and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of United States.

9. Changes to Terms

Refluid reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time, and such modifications or revisions will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after any such modifications or revisions constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
